So twice five miles of fertile ground! J+ U: Q3 f6 U/ f* u

With walls and towers were girdled round:

但是,啊!那深沉而奇异的巨壑,
1 {. r& ]3 X. a Down the green hill athwart a cedarn cover!

A savage place! as holy and enchanted1 n" ~0 F: ]/ k. I
野蛮的地方,既神圣而又着了魔8 i( p+ O. m/ Z5 `
As e'er beneath a waning moon was haunted
& E7 o" h# p0 g8 g' o& D8 q8 |# z. T 好像有女人在衰落的月色里出没,
6 J, p8 U! v) r) z By woman wailing for her demon-lover!

And from this chasm, with ceaseless turmoil seething,& d% y3 G% R/ z8 o% s0 n6 h8 [
巨壑下,不绝的喧嚣在沸腾汹涌,

d% Q& G- c$ B2 B; D+ e& G 似乎这土地正喘息在快速而猛烈的悸动中,/ G+ j* t8 |8 J) M* p
A mighty fountain momently was forced:! Q4 F& L* i% S W/ \
从这巨壑里,不断迸出股猛烈的地泉;& O5 D$ `( S% l1 Z
Amid whose swift half- intermitted burst) e1 f# h7 l1 l$ j# x8 i: H" N" Y
在它那断时续的涌迸之间,
# T8 a4 R d1 `" {. k7 } Huge fragments vaulted like rebounding hail,
% D$ D* k- C& i) T% Y* @ 巨大的石块飞跃着象反跳的冰雹,: s# ?2 D9 Y. }) i
Or chaffy grain beneath the thresher's flail:" O- m8 K. ]# v/ r' {+ S+ o- \( \
或者象打稻人连枷下一撮撮新稻;
- d- A3 X6 O# m$ y2 V7 |% W And'mid these dancing rocks at once and ever
" F& M/ ?# [* {. ] 从这些舞蹈的岩石中,! z) t$ `! G2 Y% H% U, X+ ~$ E ]
It flung up momently the sacred river.& l' O+ M2 }0 M% L& M" E; D U+ b

Five miles meandering with a mazy motion
! i, V; t8 g1 j! ]* { 迷乱地移动着,蜿蜒了五英里地方,
3 u6 X& z0 s) l: D$ [2 T Through wood and dale the sacred river ran,
?0 m! m" s& h3 E 那神圣的溪河流过了峡谷和森林,
) V" C; y" R" M Then reached the caverns measureless to man,
3 ^7 W) Q% `, F 于是到达了深不可测的洞门,
' w9 I8 f, E1 L% r3 C: E3 A And sank in tumult to a lifeless ocean:
* Q! q+ z1 Z8 p 在喧嚣中沉入了没有生命的海洋;
/ ^9 u7 N! y: _9 ]2 `; q- x- A And ‘mid this tumult Kubla heard from far
( c8 q3 }, l6 t1 E# I9 O 从那喧嚣中忽必列远远听到& p& ]! V; I7 u8 X0 i! Z! \
Ancestral voices prophesying war!! h& E1 r, u% D3 f
祖先的喊声预言着战争的凶兆!$ Q) d' J* _8 C
The shadow of the dome of pleasure+ s1 ]$ ]8 m' M( {' n$ g- k2 ^, Z
安乐的宫殿有倒影,
. N) B* {5 g9 N" j Floated midway on the waves;- B+ Y7 G* a' W+ J
宛在水波的中央漂动;0 e! x3 z& q, z' h
Where was heard the mingled measure
- w N" p8 U1 B- J9 y P$ A4 ] 这儿能听见和谐的音韵
2 R# F1 ^+ T& H5 x3 g From the fountain and the caves.
4 o) |4 T4 W' x& a5 e' C6 @5 ? 来自那地泉和那岩洞。- l q. Q: k" u6 a
It was a miracle of rare device,
- S% \' K% u0 X1 E 这是个奇迹呀,算得是稀有的技巧,/ ^" K/ K/ c3 c
A sunny pleasure-dome with caves of ice!

A damsel with a dulcimer( p9 c: R, G5 r3 S

In a vision once I saw:

# m0 n4 h+ H& v+ R8 m It was an Abyssinian maid,
4 m5 o4 M" {& ~ 那是个阿比西尼亚少女,% _1 K+ ]" I; q3 K+ q) ~. T5 [
And on her dulcimer she played,
9 Q* l, ~! Q- I+ B% o 在她的琴上她奏出乐曲,& F$ ]( S M. w9 h+ j* _
Singing of Mount Abora./ A3 S4 w, Z/ `# f
歌唱着阿伯若山。

Her symphony and song,

4 A k' @; m# y8 b" c: G To such a deep delight ‘twould wiff me,' V" m" l0 r' r- O
我将被引入如此深切的欢欣,. M/ @) O# K5 \, A7 _7 l n3 F9 U
That with music loud and long,1 m' C% d4 D9 g6 W9 l& R8 D# w
以至于我要用音乐高朗而又长久
2 C1 w5 a5 p1 y1 U+ b3 ?# K I would build that dome in air,
?, I* n) p! d7 s+ w, D* S) M4 Q 在空中建造那安乐宫廷,
: b0 Z& M' M0 O1 V0 [' ] That sunny dome! those caves of ice!2 r2 j, H& V, D
阳光照临的宫廷,那雪窟冰窖!4 p. I$ e: o$ v/ y2 ~0 ]9 t
And all who heard should see them there,, a$ q2 }6 T" s/ e3 o. u' v% F
那谁都能见到这宫殿,/ x5 P$ F7 [* i
And all should cry, “Beware! Beware!
: g( X7 p) e5 `& Z6 w 只要听见了乐音。 他们全都会喊叫:当心!当心!
8 H9 f2 h) o4 P4 j His flashing eyes, his floating hair!, H) X6 X1 d1 X2 Q' b
他飘动的头发,他闪光的眼睛!
4 I# j/ l. Z7 g0 w+ C+ ~ Weave a circle round himthrice,+ w; S/ Q8 [$ j7 Q5 l
织一个圆圈,把他三道围住,2 n" |* _) T- I7 g% A1 J
And close your eyes with holy dread,; {1 n9 c: V' ~: P+ Z
闭下你两眼,带着神圣的恐惧,3 T7 @$ Q8 ^ d& @# H% O. }. {
For he on honey-dew hath fed,$ ?, c% B: T, K* a$ [) t1 s7 _9 E' k
因为他一直吃着蜜样甘露,
